Sponsorship levels

One event, three ways to sponsor it

Every Community Shred Party has a single Presenting Sponsor, who opens the event by setting its date and location. That same event then has room for up to 3 Community Partners and unlimited Neighborhood Supporters — all part of one shred party, not separate events per level.

How events are scheduled

Getting on the calendar

Presenting Sponsor picks the date (typically 3-4 weeks out, depending on needs and availability) and place — their lot, or a church or civic group we partner with — and opens that event
Community Partners & Neighborhood Supporters join that same event once it's on the calendar — they don't open events of their own
Format 3 hours, 5 boxes per household — typically a Saturday morning, but day of week depends on availability

Planning timeline

3-4 weeks before Date, place, and sponsorship set
2 weeks before Your logo (PNG or PDF) due for print
1 week before Flyers and client invitations go out
Final days before Yard signs placed, reminders sent
